Fare Miles

Terms & Conditions
  • Fare Miles will be awarded only for online bookings made on our site when you are signed in to your Findmyfare Account. Fare Miles will be awarded to the user logged in at the time of the booking is made and paid.
  • Fare Miles which you have earned in your specific Findmyfare Account cannot be transferred and is not combinable with other user profiles or Findmyfare Accounts.
  • Fare Miles will be awarded to you, activated and augmented into your Findmyfare Account after the departure date of your originating flight;
  • Your Fare Miles have no monetary cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or other currency payouts from Findmyfare.
  • If you believe that you did not receive the correct amount of Fare Miles for a booking, you must contact our Customer Service within 90 (ninety) days as of the date when you have completed your travel. We will make the final determination as to whether Fare Miles adjustments of any kind are justified for the travel in question.
  • We reserve our right to change the conversion rate or redemption value of your Fare Miles from time to time without further notice to or consent from you.
  • Your Findmyfare Account and your Fare Miles are subject to our general Site Terms of Use and these Fare Miles Program Terms.
