• The maximum discount for the DFCC Credit Card would be as follows,
  - Maximum discount of Rs 10,000 and Maximum eligible cash back per transaction would be Rs 5,000.00.
  - Additional Cash back will be credited to the customer’s nominated DFCC savings account after 30 days from the statement date.
• This promotion is for valid only for DFCC credit card transactions performed on www.findmyfare.com only.
• Per card Holder Can purchase Maximum 04 Tickets.
• This offer valid only for return air tickets;
• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, other payment modes and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The discount amount should be deducted from the transaction prior to processing it to the DFCC Credit i.e only the net amount should be billed to the customer.
• The total amount payable by DFCC Bank PLC as aforesaid should be sent as an written invoice (including the statement) by the end of each month addressed to the undersigned.
• This Promotion may be terminated forthwith by either party with notice in writing of 14 days if the other shall:
• become bankrupt or makes any arrangement with its creditors;
• become insolvent; c) have an administrator or receiver appointed over the whole or any part of its business or assets;
• go into liquidation otherwise than for the purpose of a solvent construction or amalgamation; ceases to carry on business;
• commit a breach of any term of this letter, or if any breach can be remedied, fails to do so within 21 days of the date of a request in writing from the other Party to remedy the breach with the warning that failure may result in termination.
  
• Airline penalties will apply for any changes & Cancellations.
• The travel should originate from Sri Lanka.
• The offer will be bound by the terms and conditions of the respective partner establishments.
• Passenger must possess valid travel documents and are responsible for obtaining relevant Visa's, other authorizations and documents required for travel.
