Fare Miles is a loyalty program that we created to value our most loyal customers. This program allows you to earn Fare Miles each time you make a booking on Findmyfare. You can redeem them for a discount on your next transactions on Findmyfare or with our partnered merchants.

How do I earn Fare Miles?

  1. Login to your Findmyfare account before you book your trip.
  2. Fare Miles can be earned from all flight bookings.
  3. When you complete your purchase, you will earn pending Fare Miles.
  4. Pending Fare Miles will turn active after you complete your trip.
  5. Once your Fare Miles turn active, you can start redeeming them!

How do I redeem Fare Miles?

  1. Login to your account
    Always start with login, otherwise you cannot access your Fare Miles!
  2. Make sure you have enough Fare Miles
    Visit my account to check your Fare Miles balance.
  3. Book your trip
  4. Redeem your Fare Miles
    Redeem your Fare Miles at the flight booking page by selecting “FAREMILES” offer and enjoy upto 20% discount!

More redeeming options are coming soon! In future, you can earn and redeem Fare Miles for hotel, activities, bills and top-ups or on regular transactions with our selected merchants.

You can check your Fare Miles balance through My Account > Fare Miles section.

More earning options are coming soon. At the moment it is available only for flight booking.

Each time you make an online flight booking, you will earn Fare Miles. You can also earn Fare Miles on bookings that you do for others from your account.

Start by logging in to Findmyfare and select “FareMiles” offer when making the flight booking. More earning and redeeming options are coming soon!

Fare Miles are redeemed as per the following formula: 1 Fare Mile = LKR 1

That is, any time you redeem 500 Fare Miles, you will get a LKR 500.
  • Fare Miles will be awarded only for online bookings made on our site when you are signed in to your Findmyfare Account. Fare Miles will be awarded to the user logged in at the time of the booking is made and paid.

  • Fare Miles which you have earned in your specific Findmyfare Account cannot be transferred and is not combinable with other user profiles or Findmyfare Accounts.

  • Fare Miles will be awarded to you, activated and augmented into your Findmyfare Account after the departure date of your originating flight;

  • Your Fare Miles have no monetary cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or other currency payouts from Findmyfare.

  • If you believe that you did not receive the correct amount of Fare Miles for a booking, you must contact our Customer Service within 90 (ninety) days as of the date when you have completed your travel. We will make the final determination as to whether Fare Miles adjustments of any kind are justified for the travel in question.

  • We reserve our right to change the conversion rate or redemption value of your Fare Miles from time to time without further notice to or consent from you.

  • Your Findmyfare Account and your Fare Miles are subject to our general Site Terms of Use and these Fare Miles Program Terms.
