All refund applications are required to be applied through the online refund request form provided in the customer support section. All refunds are subject to final approval by the specific supplier related to airlines, hotels, lodging, travel insurance and other service providers. The value to be determined for refund will also be subject to the approved refund value by the specific suppliers. Mentioned below is the refund procedure for different payment methods.
Refund Payments
A) Credit/Debit Card Payments
- Refunds are processed to the credit/debit card account where a payment has been made by the card.
- For EMI payments processed by Findmyfare and EDC machine payments the refund is processed back to the bank account of the ticket holder after deducting the convenience fee.
B) Other forms of Payments
- Findmyfare will refund only to the person named in the ticket.
- Refund will be credited to the current/savings account of the ticket holder.
- Refund payments will be processed either through a bank transfer or an account payee cheque drawn in favor of the ticket holder.
