Terms & Conditions

1.       The promotion is open to all holders of American Express® Credit Cards issued by Nations Trust Bank PLC. (Excluding Corporate Cards).

2.       The promotion is valid only for purchases of air tickets from 21st – 31st December 2015. (Both Days Included).

3.       The “CASH BACK” of LKR 4,000/- per ticket is applicable on first 300 air tickets purchased at www.findmyfare.com (on first come first served basis).

4.       Seats will be subject to availability at the time of booking.

5.       Passenger must possess valid travel documents and are responsible for obtaining relevant visas, other authorizations and documents required for travel.

6.       Offer will be concluded in between the stated promotion period if the allocated 300 air tickets are sold out.

7.       Each card member will be eligible for the CASH BACK up to a maximum of 2 tickets and the maximum Cash Back value is LKR 8,000/- per card member during the promotional period.

8.       Card member(s) is/are to settle the total bill payment via American Express® credit card(s) issued by Nations Trust Bank PLC to be eligible for the aforementioned Cash Back.

9.       The CASH BACK savings for the customers who are eligible will be awarded within 15 working days after the conclusion of the promotion.

10.   The CASH BACK saving processed will be reflected on the next immediate statement of the card member after the CASH BACK is processed.

11.   Card members may convert their transactions under 12 months 0% installment by calling 011 4414141 within 7 days after the transaction.

12.   The offer cannot be exchanged for cash and/or used in conjunction with any other promotional programs or offers provided by service establishments involved in this promotion.

13.   Nations Trust Bank PLC reserves the right to withdraw, modify or change all or any of the rules, terms & conditions applicable to this promotion at any given time without prior notice.

14.   Nations Trust Bank PLC will not accept any liability or responsibility to the Card member for the quality of goods or services provided by the service establishment(s) or any loss, damage or injury that maybe caused to the Card member or companion by any act or omission whatsoever of the partnering merchant or the respective Airlines.

15.   The General Credit Card terms and conditions of the partnering merchant & the respective Airlines will continue to apply.

16.   The promotion is bound by the terms & conditions of the respective service establishment and Nations Trust Bank PLC.

17.   If any dispute arises regarding any of the terms and conditions contained herewith, the decision of the respective service establishment & Nations Trust Bank PLC shall be final.
