Terms & Conditions

  1. The promotion will be valid only from 01st September – 30th September 2015.
  2. Travel Period from 6th September 2015 – 31st March 2016.
  3. Promotion fare not valid for travel in below mentioned periods (outbound flight).
    • 8th October – 10th October
    • 26th November – 29th November
    • 1st December 2015 – 31st January 2016
  4. Special Price on VISA destination of the Month will be limited to Malaysia Airlines operated flights only.
  5. Promotion fare discounts will be valid only for Economy class (Booking class – Q)
  6. Minimum stay – 7 Days / Maximum stay – 1 month
  7. Special fare permitted only for MON/TUE/WED/THU operated flights only. (Outbound flight)
  8. The discount offered is applicable on the ticket price excluding all applicable taxes and surcharges.
  9. Child discount not applicable for the promotion. Infant discount – 50% from Adult base fare.
  10. One free stopover permitted in Kuala Lumpur at free of charge. (inbound only)
  11. The promotion is open to all holders of Visa Credit Cards and Debit Cards issued by the Sri Lankan Banks.
  12. Offer is only valid for bookings made through findmyfare.com
  13. The travel should originate from Sri Lanka.
  14. Seats are subject to availability
  15. Other Airline penalties will apply for any changes
  16. Tickets purchased through the offer are non- refundable
  17. Passenger must possess valid travel documents and are responsible for obtaining relevant Visas, other authorizations and documents required for travel.
  18. Cardholder(s) is/are to settle the total bill payment via Visa credit/debit card(s) to be eligible for the savings
  19. The offer cannot be exchanged for cash and/or used in conjunction with any other promotional programs or offers provided by service establishments involved in this promotion.
  20. Visa reserves the right to withdraw, modify or change all or any of the rules, terms & conditions applicable to this promotion at any given time without prior notice.
  21. Visa will accept no liability or responsibility to the Cardholders for the quality of goods or services provided by the service establishment(s) or any loss, damage or injury that maybe caused to the Cardholders or companion by any act or omission whatsoever of the partnering Airline.
  22. The General Credit/Debit Card terms and conditions will continue to apply.
  23. The promotion is bound by the terms & conditions of the respective service establishment and Visa Worldwide Pte Ltd.
  24. If any dispute arises regarding any of the terms and conditions contained herewith, the decision of the respective service establishment & and Visa Worldwide Pte Ltd shall be final.
