Terms & Conditions

  1. The offer will be applicable to Sampath MasterCard & VISA Credit Cardholders on a first come first served basis for the first 100 bookings.
  2. The offer is valid for bookings made during 25th July till 31st July 2015 (Both days included).
  3. Travel commence from 1st of August 2015 to 31st August 2015.
  4. Maximum stay in Singapore is no longer than 7 days
  5. The offer is applicable on class “O” on SriLankan Airlines operated flights only.
  6. Offer valid on flight UL 302, UL 303, UL 307, UL 309
  7. In order to be eligible for the "BUY 01 GET 01 FREE" offer, booking needs to be done for a minimum of two passengers through www.findmyfare.com with a Sampath MasterCard or Visa Credit Card.
  8. In order to be eligible for the offer, full payment needs to be made on same day of the booking.
  9. Offer is applicable only on the BASE FARE of the eligible FREE TICKET and is not applicable for any taxes and other surcharges.

  12. Airline penalty structure will be as follows.
    • Refunds – Yes
    • Refund Penalty - LKR 6,500
    • Date Change Penalty – LKR 7,500
    • No Show Charge – LKR 12,000

  14. Maximum of 04 Air Tickets per Cardholder during the promotional period.
  15. The travel should originate from Sri Lanka.
  16. Seats are subject to availability.
  17. Passenger must possess valid travel documents and is responsible for obtaining relevant visas, other authorizations and documents required for travel.
  18. The offer cannot be exchanged for cash and/or used in conjunction with any other promotional programs or offers provided by service establishments involved in this Offer.
  19. Sampath Bank PLC shall not be held liable to the cardholder for any claims, losses, damages or quality of goods & services that may cause by the partner/Airline.
  20. The Bank accepts no responsibility in any way for any goods / services purchased and any dispute relating to same (including schedule changes/ticket cancellations/no show & refunds) should be resolved by the cardholder directly with the partner/airline and any claim by the cardholder against the partner/airline will not relieve the cardholder from his/her obligation or repayment to the Bank.
  21. Sampath Bank reserves the right to withdraw, modify or change all or any of the rules, Terms and Conditions applicable to this offer at any given time without prior notice to customers.
