2. In order to enjoy the promotion, the full payment needs to be settled with a Sampath Mastercard, Visa Credit/ Debit  Card or Sampath Bank American Express® Platinum Ultramiles Credit Card (Excluding Sampath Corporate Cards).
3. Offer is valid for tickets purchased till 31st October 2023 and valid for travel before 31st December 2023.
4. Offer will be applicable only for return air ticket purchases.

6. The discount is applied only on the base fare of the air ticket price excluding all applicable taxes & surcharges.
7. Discount is not valid for multiple bookings.
8. All tickets & bookings will be subject to availability at the time of booking and will be governed by the standard airline terms & conditions.
9. The fares include all taxes, fees and surcharges and are subject to change without any prior notice due to currency fluctuations.
10. Offer is valid only for booking done with a single booking reference.
11. Date changes will only be permitted during the validity period of the ticket issued on payment of the applicable date change fee of the airline.
12. Airline penalties may apply for any other changes.
13. The Air Tickets purchased under special fare conditions may not be refundable.
14. The travel should originate from Sri Lanka.

16. Passenger must possess valid travel documents and are responsible for obtaining relevant Visas, other authorizations and documents required for travel.
17. The offer will be bound by the Terms & Conditions of the respective partner establishments.

19. The minimum bill value should exceed LKR 25,000/- in order to be eligible for 12 months 0% Interest Extended Settlement Plan.
20. A maximum of 3 transactions per cardholder will be eligible during the promotion period and multiple transactions shall not be combined when converting to installments.
21. Cardholder should contact the Bank Customer Care Centre via 011-2300604 within 30 days from the transaction date to convert the transaction in to 12 months extended settlement plan after making the payment direct at the partner website.
22. Until the customer request is received and the transaction is converted by the Bank, any interest already charged on account of the transaction will not be reversed.
23. Offer cannot be combined with any other existing offers.
24. All instalment amounts paid are non – refundable and each instalment period of the payment plan as approved by the Bank may not be varied.
25. Once submitted, the details of the instalment plan requested above cannot be changed and part acceleration is not allowed.
26. The Bank accepts no responsibility in any way for any goods or services purchased and any dispute relating to same should be resolved by the Cardholder directly with the Partner and any claim by the Cardholder against the Partner will not relieve the Cardholder from his/her obligation or repayment to the   Bank.
27. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Bank shall be final.
